Vacancy - PMO Customer Engagement Manager

Skills Required:  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, accurate data entry and record keeping, confident calendar management, excellent communication skills, able to use initiative but happy to ask for advice.  Knowledge of the Cyber Security industry and/or experience in a similar role would be very advantageous.  

Job description:  Cyberis is an SME working in the Cyber Security sector, based in Tewkesbury Business Park.  Established in 2011 and experiencing a continuous path of growth we are now recruiting for a role within the Project Management Office team.  You will be working in a relaxed office with a friendly team. This position will work closely with the Operations Manager to create a seamless & pleasant experience for our customers and consultants and an accurate and full schedule for the business, in line with set KPI’s and budgets.   

Job Spec: 

  • Deliver customer proposals & build strong working relationships with customers 

  • Follow up with customers responsively and remain central point of contact throughout engagement life span answering queries and resolving issues. 

  • Schedule engagements efficiently in-line with the scheduling criteria & KPI’s but taking a ’common sense’ approach when juggling skillsets, locations and requirements. 

  • Re-prioritise workload continuously throughout the day (must be able to multi-task) 

  • Forward plan to accommodate ever changing requirements & identify potential issues 

  • Record, manage and direct issues accordingly during the course of engagements 

  • Chase up Purchase Orders, Pre-requisites and Customer Information 

  • Request customer feedback 

  • Report on utilisation targets 

  • Provide support to Operations Manager and Consultancy team 

  • Provide support to Pre-sales 

  • Data entry and record keeping 

  • Ordering and re-stocking office supplies 

  • General admin, answering the phone, door, responding to emails and general adhoc duties. 


Salary:  £22,000 - £26,000 per annum dependent on experience
